Featured Recipe
(From "Food To Live By")
 
    Bacon & Broccoli Salad
 
8 oz. lean, thick-cut bacon, cut into 1/2" dice
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 T. distilled white vinegar or cider vinegar
1/4 c. honey
6 c. uncooked bite-size broccoli florets
1/3 c. finely minced red onion
1/4 c. raisins
2 T. sunflower seeds
Cook bacon until crisp and transfer to paper towel to drain.
Place mayo, vinegars and honey in large bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add broccoli and stir until well coated.
Add onion, raisins and seeds with bacon to broccoli and stir to combine.
